The Narcotics Control Commission hereby publishes its official schedule of approved fees and charges in accordance with the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), gazetted on 24th July, 2025 and in force from 13th November, 2025.

The fees listed cover services provided by the Commission, including the profiling of imports and exports, monitoring of precursor chemicals and controlled equipment, issuance of permits and clearances, cannabis cultivation and management licences as well as drug testing services. All charges are in Ghana Cedis (GH¢) unless otherwise indicated.

Members of the public and regulated entities are encouraged to consult this schedule before engaging the Commission’s services.

The fees and charges published on this page are for informational purposes only.
