NOTICE TO APPLICATION FOR CONFISCATION AND TO SHOW CAUSE

TAKE NOTICE and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-name Applicant has made an application to this Honourable Court seeking an order for confiscation of residential property bearing H/No. DC 58 FLASK ST. GD-094-2105, Lakeside Estates, Ashalley Botwe,South-East Adenta, Accra, on ground that the aforesaid property was used in the commission of a narcotic offence.

Any person claiming interest in the property is hereby notified to appear before this Court on the 21st day of October, 2025 at 9 O’clock in the forenoon or so soon thereafter to show cause why the confiscation order should not be granted, failing wherein, the said application will be heard and determined in your absence without further notice to you.
