Dear Management and Staff,

As we step into this New Year, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to every member of our Commission for your unwavering dedication, professionalism, and courage in the face of complex and evolving challenges. The past year tested our resolve, yet you rose with determination, integrity, and an unshakeable commitment to our national duty.

Our mandate to protect public health, safeguard communities, and disrupt illicit drug networks is not merely an institutional responsibility—it is a service to humanity and to future generations. Your sacrifices, long hours, and steadfast teamwork have strengthened our impact and reinforced public confidence in our mission.

The New Year presents fresh opportunities to deepen collaboration, embrace innovation, and sharpen our operational excellence. We will continue to prioritize intelligence-led operations, capacity building, accountability, and the welfare of our personnel. Together, we must remain adaptive, disciplined, and united as we confront emerging threats and uphold the rule of law.

I urge each of you to carry forward the values that define our Commission: integrity, professionalism, courage, and service. Let us recommit ourselves to excellence, mutual respect, and a shared sense of purpose. When we stand together, there is no challenge beyond our reach.

On behalf of the leadership, I thank you and your families for your continued support and sacrifice. I wish you a year of good health, renewed strength, and notable achievements.

May this New Year bring clarity to our vision, strength to our actions, and success to our collective mission.

Happy New Year.
