Low Risk

If you answered yes to up to 3 of the 11 questions, your pattern of substance use indicates that you are at low risk of experiencing physical, social, mental, legal, and other problems associated with substance use.

You do not require any further intervention; however, be advised that any level of substance use can have severe consequences.

Medium Risk

If you answered yes to up to 5 of the 11 questions, it means that your pattern of substance use indicates you are at medium risk of experiencing physical, mental, social, legal, and other problems associated with substance use.

Severe Risk

If you answered yes to up to 6 or more of the 11 questions, it means that your pattern of substance use indicates you are at severe risk of developing severe problems due to your substance use.
